Indian Cuisine is a combination of subtle tastes. The flavours are varied as the climate and people of Asia. Fragrant, pungent and warm spices, from all the Asian countries are delicately blended in meticulous proportions to create the dish we present to you. Each dish will have its own distinctive flavour and aroma which cannot come from any curry powder, but from spices which have to be specially prepared each day afresh for each individual dish.
All preparations that are cooked in the Tandoor are marinated in yoghurt together with a special blend of herbs and spices. This process seals in the goodness. The blending and preparation of spices is centuries old craft and indispensable to Indian Cuisine.
Rajasthan has been established since 1993. Our aim is to satisfy our customers with a warm welcome and make them feel at home in a relaxed atmosphere, followed by a quality service and good food. Our customer satisfaction is our reputation. The business is part owned by the Head chef, who does the cooking himself on a daily basis for your satisfaction.
